INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA Art. 13 Legislative Decree No. 196/2003

Registering on the Website owned and operated by Coopculture ('Coopculture' hereafter the 'Company') and eventual subsequent use of the services rendered by Coopculture through the site, also including the services of booking, purchase, issue, delivery of tickets (cd. 'ticketing'), transferring informational and advertising material, etc., will involve the processing of personal data relating to you and that come to us, or that you provide us with.

Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 30/06/2003 No. 196 (the 'Code of Privacy'), we hereby inform you that the Company, as owner of the Site and Data Controller, will subject processing of personal data relating to you under the following conditions.

Art. 1. Purpose of processing
The processing of personal data (also including their registration in the master data bank of the Company) is directed exclusively to the achievement of the following purposes:
a) to ensure the correct registration the site and the proper provision of services requested of Coopculture through the site and, thus, to fulfil in a proper and timely manner all the obligations arising from the contractual relationship established with you, as well as the obligations arising from the law or by regulations in force, in particular, within the scope of taxation, as well as relating to public security;
b) for administrative and accounting purposes, also including eventual e-mail transmission of business invoices by Coopculture/or its affiliates to the same in the provision of the service;

Art. 2. Providing personal data and consequences in case of lack of consent to processing
The provision of data for registration on the site is purely optional, but required for access to the restricted area of the site and, therefore, to the services offered through the site by Coopculture.
Therefore, the registration on the site constitutes consent by you to the processing of personal data that concerns you for the purposes of completion of the contractual rapport and for the purposes of administrative and accounting procedures, as set out in paragraphs 'a' and 'b' of Art. 1 above.
With reference to the other purposes of processing listed in Art. 1 above, it is to be noted that the consent to processing of your data is purely optional. However, failure to consent will result in the following consequences.
In particular, the failure to consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of Art. 1 letter 'c' above, results in the impossibility for you to receive informational advertising material, brochures and informational communications relating to the services and products offered by our Company or by third parties (such as, but not limited to, concerts, shows, plays, sporting events, etc.).
Finally, the failure to consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of Art. 1, Letter 'd' above results in the impossibility for our Company to process profiles of the consumer habits of customers (directed to ensure greater satisfaction of the needs of the said customers and the continuous improvement of services offered), and to send you informational and advertising material of specific interest to you.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, it is understood that, in the case of your refusal to consent to the processing of personal data relating to you, our company may still use your data solely in order to properly fulfil obligations imposed by current laws.
Please also note that your consent to the processing of data for one or more of the above purposes may be revoked at any time by modifying data at the time of assent at the moment of each new access to your account on the site.

Art. 3. Manner of processing
The processing of personal data relating to you will be carried out mainly with the aid of electronic or in any event by automated means according to the manner and with the appropriate instruments to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data itself, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003. In particular, all the necessary technical, information technology, organisational, logistical and security procedures will be adopted as provided for by the Legislative Decree 196/2003, so as to ensure the minimum level of data protection as provided by law, allowing access solely to personnel placed in charge of processing by the Data Controller or managers appointed by the Data Controller.
The acquired information and the methods of processing will be relevant to and not excessive in relation to the type of services rendered.
The data will also be managed and protected in areas where access is under constant monitoring.

Art. 4. Disclosure and dissemination of data.
Your data may be disclosed:
a) to all those persons (including public authorities) who have access to personal data by legislative or administrative measures;
b) to third parties whose products or services are offered or sold through the Coopculture site (and, in particular, to companies or entities that organise concerts, shows, sporting events or of other type for which tickets are sold through the website);
c) to companies or third parties in charge of printing services, packaging, shipping and/or delivery of the tickets purchased through the website;
d) to post offices, couriers or shippers responsible for the delivery of products purchased through the website;
e) to banks and the companies that manage national or international payment circuits through which payments are made online for products purchased through the website;
f) to companies, consultants or professionals eventually responsible for installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, the management of hardware and software of Coopculture or by which the Company is served for the delivery of its own services;
g) to a company or internet service provider responsible for sending documentation and/or informational material
h) to companies responsible for processing and/or the sending of advertising material and information on behalf of our Company;
i) to other companies belonging to our Group, with offices in Italy or abroad, within the European Union;
j) to all those entities, public and/or private, individuals and/or legal entities (law offices, administrative and fiscal authorities, judicial offices, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and Labour Offices, etc.), if the disclosure becomes necessary or functional for the proper fulfilment of assumed contractual obligations , as well as the obligations under law.
The data relating to you will not be disclosed, except in anonymous and aggregated form, for statistical or research purposes.

Art. 6. Storing of personal data
The personal data relating to you will be stored only for the time necessary to ensure the proper performance of the services offered by our company.
In case of cancellation, exclusion or disabling for lack of use of your account on the website, your data will be stored for administrative purposes for a period not exceeding one quarter, subject to any specific legal requirements on the storage of accounting records, or for purposes of public security. In such cases, you will be guaranteed the automatic deletion of data even by third parties to whom they were eventually communicated.
In any event, it remains understood, your personal data will be stored and processed for the purpose of verification of consumer habits and marketing for the period of time allowed by law and by the requirements of the Guarantor Authority for Personal Data Processing.
At the end of such period, your data will be transformed into an anonymous form, so as not to allow, directly or indirectly, identification of those involved.

Art. 7. Right of access to personal data
Pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you have the right, among others to:
a) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, and their communication in intelligible form;
b) obtain from the Data Controller or Data Processing Manager:
- identification of the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
- indication of the identity of the data controller of processing and the managers in charge, as well as any representative designated by a foreign entity for the processing of data in Italy;
- indications concerning the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become cognisant of the same as a designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;
c) to obtain:
- the updating, rectification or integration of data that concerns you;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those the storage of which is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- the certification of the fact that the operations mentioned in the preceding paragraphs have been made known, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Regulation for the sale and pre-sale of tickets and services for museums, monuments and events/exhibitions

Please read the terms and conditions set out below carefully, as they govern the contract for the sale or pre-sale of tickets. These general terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets and services (whereby services mean educational services, bookings of admission hours, etc.) for museums, monuments and events/exhibitions made by Coopculture upon mandate from, as well as in the name and on behalf of, the monument owner or the event organiser. Even if any of the rules referred to in this regulation are found not to apply, the others will continue to have full effect. In order to proceed with the purchase, after you have read the regulation you will be asked to select two boxes displayed to you during the purchase process for your approval - also specific - of these General Terms and Conditions prior to entering into the sale or pre-sale contract.

1. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

1.2 The different types of admission passes are displayed directly on the website; the Customer can view them before making the purchase.

1.3 Coopculture reserves the right to modify/adjust the information and the prices of the admission passes, even without prior notice. Any lower price applied by Coopculture to admission passes of the same type acquired after the Customer has made the purchase will not entitle the latter to any reimbursement of the difference.

1.4 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal from the sale or pre-sale contract. Coopculture informs the Customer that, as the sale or pre-sale contract concerns the provision of recreational services which Coopculture undertakes to provide on a specific date, in accordance with Art. 59, paragraph I, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal envisaged by Art. 52 of that Code does not apply. The Customer may not, therefore, exercise this right in relation to the purchase of the admission passes.

1.5 The tickets are valid only for the date and time of the event and for the type of seat and price for which they were issued. Therefore, if the Purchaser fails, even for a justified and serious reason and/or due to an impediment, to visit the monument/participate in the event, Coopculture will not provide any reimbursement or refund of the price for the cost of the event, or of the pre-sale fees, as well as other costs incurred by the Purchaser in their own right (merely by way of example, travel or accommodation expenses).

1.6 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be changed at any time. Any changes will be effective from their publication on the website. Customers are therefore invited to visit the website regularly and to consult, before making any purchase, the most up-to-date version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Technical steps for entering into the contract

2.1 All customers/visitors must have a valid ticket (or admission pass) to access the monument or the event location.

2.2 The admission pass must be purchased through sales channels managed by Coopculture or by a party authorised by Coopculture to sell them. If the ticket was purchased by the customer/visitor from parties other than those indicated above, or if the ticket has been lost, stolen, duplicated or obtained by any means that contrasts with this regulation, the customer/visitor is not authorised to access the monument or the event location and may be asked to leave.

2.3 Under no circumstances will Coopculture replace the ticket if it is lost, damaged, soiled or destroyed or if the ticket has been stolen or is even partially illegible.

2.4 Tickets purchased in advance may not be transferred for a fee and may not be touted.

2.5 Coopculture reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or interrupt any function or service for technical and/or organisational reasons or at the request of the monument owner, event organiser or authorities responsible for protecting public order and safety. In this case, the customer/visitor may ask Coopculture to replace or refund the paid ticket, waiving - with the pre-sale service request - any additional claim for damages, both financial and non-financial. In any case, Coopculture does not accept any liability for expenses and damages, direct or indirect, of any nature, incurred by the customer/visitor in relation to the sale of tickets and ancillary services.

2.6 Coopculture reserves the right to apply, for security reasons, limitations and exclusions to the payment instruments that can be used by the customer/visitor to purchase tickets and ancillary services.

2.7 The ticket price is that shown on the ticket itself, including any pre-sale fees applied by Coopculture.

2.8 Coopculture has the right to apply, on each sale transaction and in addition to the pre-sale fees, service commissions according to the agreements with the organisers.

2.9 The purchased services are not refundable or cannot be modified for any reason aside from those exceptional cases attributable directly and exclusively to Coopculture.

2.10 For internet sales, the customer/visitor has the option of printing the admission passes at home or displaying the virtual admission pass directly on their smartphone.

2.11 For purchases of tickets and services by telephone and via the internet, the credit cards indicated in the information, which forms an integral part of this Regulation, are accepted.

2.12 For purchases of reduced price or complimentary tickets by telephone or via the internet, the customer/visitor must present at the ticket office or to the door staff appropriate documentation certifying the entitlement to the discount/complimentary ticket.

2.13 For purchases by telephone or via the internet, the customer/visitor must verify that the reservation has been made correctly by checking the email confirmation. If any inaccuracies are found, or if the email confirmation is not received, the customer must contact the Coopculture contact centre immediately on the telephone number used for the purchase, during its opening hours, or at the email address: prenotazioni@coopculture.it to make the necessary changes/additions. No further changes may be requested subsequently either through the call centre or at the ticket office.

2.14 The confirmation of the reservation and the purchase made must be shown, in paper or electronic format, at the ticket office.

3. Methods of archiving and access

3.1 The personal data collected during the registration and purchase phase will be stored by Coopculture only for the time necessary to comply with administrative and management obligations for the purchase and sale of admission passes and they will not be communicated and/or disclosed to third parties.

3.2 Requests for access, rectification and erasure of personal data may be sent, free of charge, to the following email address etickets@coopculture.it.

4. Technical means for correcting errors

If errors are made during the online purchase procedure, the Customer must contact the contact centre promptly by sending an email to the following address etickets@coopculture.it.

5. Codes of conduct

5.1 Coopculture, inspired by the ethical principles of transparency and fairness towards all stakeholders, intends to offer a range of high quality services, provided according to organisational methods aimed at guaranteeing the protection of shareholders, workers and customers.

5.2 In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231 of 8 June 2001, Coopculture has adopted a Code of Ethics which can be consulted upon request sent to the email address roma@coopculture.it.

6. Languages available in addition to Italian

The following Regulation, along with all information relating to monuments or museums or exhibitions/events, is available in English as well as in Italian.

7. Applicable law and dispute settlement procedures

7.1 The Contract is concluded in Italy and is subject to Italian law.

7.2 For all civil disputes relating to the conclusion of the ticket purchase contract, the Court in the place of residence of the customer/visitor who is a consumer (if located in Italy - Art. 63 of the Italian Consumer Code) shall have jurisdiction. Before taking action before the competent court, the customer/visitor may contact the following email address to make an attempt at settling the dispute amicably: roma@coopculture.it

7.3 The consumer has the right to take action before a court other than the “consumer court” pursuant to Art. 66 bis of the Italian Consumer Code, having jurisdiction by territory according to one of the criteria set out in Articles 18, 19 and 20 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, and it may, if the conditions are in place, pursue an out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to consumer relationships using the procedures set out in Part V, Title II-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.

8. Rights of ownership

The logos, the website www.coopculture, and all content, information and materials on the website relating to Coopculture as well as the copyright over the same are the exclusive property of Coopculture and may not be reproduced, neither in full nor in part, transferred (neither by electronic nor conventional means), modified, linked or otherwise used for any purpose without the prior written consent of Coopculture.

The customer declares to have read, understood and approved the General Terms and Conditions indicated above, and, specifically, pursuant to Art. 1341 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code, to have read, understood and approved the conditions indicated in numbers: 1.3 - 1.5 - 1.6 - 2.5 - 2.6 - 2.8 - 2.9 - 7.1 - 7.2; which are expressly approved.
